OnTheGo Repairs is a mobile phone repair service carried out at your home, workplace, or local meeting point in Manchester.
2. Booking a Repair or Getting a Quote
You can contact us by selecting your phone model and issue, then messaging us through:
- SMS
Quotes are free, non-binding, and may change after inspecting the device in person if undisclosed faults are found.
3. What We Repair
We specialise in repairs for iPhones and Samsung phones. We do not repair:
- Tablets
- Laptops
- Game consoles
- Smartwatches
- Board-level or liquid damage
We also do not offer diagnostics or insurance reports.
4. Payment Terms
We do not accept payment through this website. If you go ahead with a repair, payment is taken via:
- Bank transfer (via secure link such as Tide)
- Cash on completion
Prices and payment methods are confirmed before any repair begins.
5. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on most repairs, covering:
- Parts supplied by us
- Workmanship errors
Our warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Damage caused by third-party repair attempts
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a booking at any time by messaging us. There are no cancellation fees.
Repeat no-shows may be refused service in the future.
